Baileys Chocolate Ice Cream




This is the easiest, simplest, and very time saving desert that I ever made! The ingredients are so simple, and no ice cream machine and no churn method, all that you need is your mixer (no mixer? Fine, use your balloon whisk).

Ingredients

  1. 350 ml heavy cream
  2. 100 ml condense milk
  3. 100 ml baileys irish coffee
  4. 60 gr fine chocolate powder

Steps

  1. Whip your heavy cream until near stiff peak consistency with the highest level mixer, it would only take 5-7 minutes. Turn off your mixer.
  2. Pour in condense milk and baileys irish cream, fold them manually using rubber spatula until all well combined.
  3. Pour in the chocolate powder, continue to fold them until all mixed.
  4. Placed your mixture into a container and let it sit into your freezer about 24 hours.
